Black Bull Performance Group’s 360BoardSmart product includes a full board review from a 360-degree perspective including directors, stakeholders and the employees of the organisation. It also looks at overall effectiveness of the Board including structure and composition of the Board, individual director performance, board sub committees, how strategy and risk are approached and effectiveness of same. It covers administrative board elements including agendas, minutes and other board documents. It utilises a unique gap analysis tool and uses qualitative and quantitative survey elements. A detailed written report is produced for the full board.
