Mentoring Services

You are in safe hands when you choose Black Bull Performance Group’s mentoring services. Coaching taps into the resources already within you. In contrast, Mentoring is a system of semi-structured guidance. Through the sharing of knowledge, skills, experience and resources you can speed up progress in your own life and career. Our Mentoring service is readily accessible, and you are provided with help as the need arises – within agreed bounds and at a set half hourly rate.

Mentoring can be a short-term arrangement until the original reason for the pairing is fulfilled (or ceases), or it can last many years. It is up to you.

Mentoring is more than simply ‘giving advice’ or passing on experience in an area or situation. It’s about motivating and empowering you to identify your own issues and goals and helping you to find ways of resolving or reaching them – not by doing it for you or expecting you to ‘do it the way I did it’, but by understanding and respecting different ways of working.
