History

The genesis of Black Bull Performance Group stems from 1998 when an accounting/marketing professional working in the Insolvency and Business Reconstruction Division of a leading global Chartered Accountancy firm felt there had to be some basic lessons for small to medium enterprises to learn to avoid business failure and insolvency. Later, as the firm’s Marketing Manager that same individual was responsible for launching the Sydney (Australia) firm’s implementation of an international growth strategy during which the seed was planted to assist businesses grow.

With subsequent extensive CEO experience in the not for profit sector the scope of the original vision subsequently widened to encompass assisting boards of predominantly non executive directors to be more effective and add greater value to the organisations they governed.

Having studied emotional intelligence Coaching with the internationally acclaimed and ground breaking The Coaching Institute (located in Melbourne, Australia) a new platform of service and proven coaching framework was introduced into the mix.
